Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: 

Delivery to Metro Manila and Pampanga areas:  Delivery rates calculated via the website are for delivery to the Manila and Pampanga areas only.   Applicable shipping fees will be added to your total upon checkout.  You will receive delivery information for each package once your order is processed. Delivery time estimate is 1-5 business days for Metro Manila and Pampanga areas.

Delivery outside Metro Manila and Pampanga areas: If you would like us to deliver outside the Metro Manila and Pampanga areas go ahead and submit your order via the site.  

Note that the indicated shipping fees will change as these apply only to the Metro Manila and Pampanga areas.  

One of our customer service representatives will contact you directly with any additional shipping costs. We will not process your payment until you approve the additional costs.  

Delivery time estimate is 5-7 business days outside Metro Manila

In-store pick up:  You may also pick up purchased goods at one of our store locations, depending on availability.  We are located in Angeles Industrial Park, Calibubut, Bacolor, Pampanga and at 776 Col. STORE RETURNS POLICY:

1. Returns/exchanges must be accompanied by an official purchase receipt. If you are shipping your items back please include the corresponding receipt in the box with the items.

2. Merchandise may be exchanged/returned within 14 DAYS from the DATE OF PURCHASE.  Products must be in their original condition and not removed from original packing, if any. 

Returns/exchanges will only be accepted for defective products.  As stipulated in the CONSUMERS' ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES, returns/exchanges for the following reasons will not be honored:  

1.     Damage caused by mishandling of the customer

2.     Change of mind by the customer
